Siraj Ventures is a business development and marketing consultancy based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We specialise in attracting international investors and entrepreneurs to the Saudi market through high-trust content marketing, and connecting them with the right execution partners on the ground.
Our platform is powered by ThinkFahad, the fastest-growing business channel in Saudi Arabia, with over 68,000 followers and more than 15 million total content views. ThinkFahad has built a highly engaged audience of investors and entrepreneurs who are actively planning to enter, expand, or operate in Saudi Arabia.

He has invested seriously in his own development, most recently attending the ScalingWithSystems sales and business growth event in Colorado, United States, alongside some of the top operators in the field.

Fawzan has worked directly with over 180 businesses across the United States and Canada, with hands-on experience helping companies generate over 20 million dollars in revenue. His background spans digital marketing, agency operations, and international business strategy. He brings the same commercial thinking to every partnership Siraj Ventures enters.

We receive a consistent and growing volume of inbound leads from international investors and entrepreneurs ready to set up businesses in Saudi Arabia. These come through ThinkFahad's content, not paid advertising which means they have already built a level of trust in the brand before they ever reach out.
Siraj Ventures is not a business setup firm. We are a content, marketing, and business development operation. Our role is to attract the right audience and bring serious clients to the table. Our audience
The leads from Siraj Ventures and ThinkFahad are primarily English-speaking international investors and entrepreneurs who are planning a Saudi market entry. They are approaching it as a strategic investment rather than a routine registration, which gives them a different profile from a typical referral or community-based lead.
They have already made the decision to enter Saudi Arabia before they contact us. They are not weighing their options. They are looking for the right team to help them move forward. That readiness is one of the defining characteristics of the audience we have built through ThinkFahad.
Due to the nature of our high level valuable content, we naturally attract well established businesses internationally and top decision makers within those companies. These are not individuals registering a company license. These are corporate market-entry decisions with significantly higher deal values attached.
For Ibtdara, this represents an opportunity to serve a segment of the market that operates in a different language and comes with a different scale of requirement. The leads we deliver sit alongside what Ibtdara already does extremely well as an additional, distinct pipeline of international and corporate clients.

The numbers
We want to be completely transparent about how we arrived at the commercial terms we are proposing, and why we believe this works clearly in Ibtdara's favour.
The starting point: what each lead is worth
Based on an average deal value of SAR 50,000 and Ibtdara's current close rate of 2%, every 100 leads in a pipeline produce 2 closed deals and SAR 100,000 in revenue. That puts the implied value of EACH lead at roughly SAR 1,000.
We are proposing to deliver 150 leads per month.
At the current 2% close rate, that is SAR 150,000 in revenue from leads Ibtdara did not generate or pay to acquire through its own marketing.
Our leads arrive at a more advanced stage of their decision. They have already engaged with our content, built trust in the brand, and decided to move. Because of this, we expect the close rate on our leads to be meaningfully higher than the 2% baseline. A 5% close rate on 150 leads produces 7-8 deals at SAR 50,000 each, which is approx 375,000 in additional monthly revenue.
The SAR 50,000 figure is based on a standard individual or SME company formation. A meaningful portion of the ThinkFahad audience is made up of decision-makers at larger companies and multinationals who are planning full Saudi market entries. These engagements rarely stop at one formation service. A single corporate client from this segment could be SAR 100,000 or more over the course of the engagement. One contract of that size changes the monthly numbers entirely.
The commercial terms
Ibtdara pays Siraj Ventures a fixed monthly retainer of SAR 7,000. This is paid each month on the same date as the date this agreement is signed.
On every business setup deal closed from a Siraj Ventures lead, Siraj Ventures gets only 2% of the gross deal value collected from the client. This is due within 14 days of Ibtdara receiving full payment from the client.
All leads are delivered through a shared CRM or agreed channel. Each lead is tagged as a Siraj Ventures referral at the point of entry. Ibtdara updates the status of each lead as it progresses. Both parties have full visibility of the pipeline and deal outcomes.
This agreement runs for an initial term of three months or earlier. At the end of the agreed period, both parties come back to the table to review lead quality, close rates, and overall performance together. The terms of the agreement are then revised based on what the data shows.
The bonus: Sales Training
This is not part of the commercial terms. There is no price attached to it. It is something we want to offer as a bonus to be part of what we see as a serious, long-term partnership.
A 2% close rate leaves a significant amount of revenue on the table. For every 100 leads in a pipeline, 98 of them do not result in a deal. We believe there is a real and achievable opportunity to push that number significantly higher, and we want to be the ones to help make that happen.
Fahad and Fawzan both come from deep sales backgrounds. Fahad has run sales teams directly and attended world-class sales training at events like ScalingWithSystems in Colorado. Fawzan has worked hands-on with over 180 businesses on commercial strategy and revenue generation.
We are offering to work directly with Ibtdara's five-person sales team at the start of this partnership to strengthen how they handle leads across the board. The goal is practical and specific: take the close rate from 2% to 5%. That improvement alone, applied to the full existing pipeline, would more than triple the revenue Ibtdara is currently generating from the same leads.
